"You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and you put your bike for sale anywhere you like. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland, you obey the rules and put it for sale exceptionally on LFGSS and I show you how deep the dibz hole goes."

  • Its a nice bike but yeah its all over the place

  • Lovely bike indeed. I missed out buying it, the very same one on eBay a couple of months back. There were some road bars and stem included too with the eBay sale.
Still GLWS but please obey the rules as they make LFGSS a great place to trade.

  • What are those rules?
This is a nice bike, a very rare and valuable retro bike in good condition.
If you find this kind of bike cheaper, please link it, if not...well I think the opposite.
I look for in LGSS for very rare and well care material, at any price. For false bargains and care less material ebay is your place.

What is the difference between this Pinarello and this Colnago?

For me nothing, both of them deserve more tan 1000 pounds, depends on your money if you can pay or not. I can not pay it, but it is a very honest price.

  • rules are simply that you can't sell in here if it's advertised elsewhere, eBay etc.

I don't make them up but just a polite attempt to bring awareness to them

    Don't shoot the messenger.

  • And instead of asking, you could have gone and read them

  • And FWIW nobody has challenged the worth.

  • "For false bargains and care less material ebay is your place."

But you have it on eBay. Is your bike, therefore, 'care less material'?

  • I have gone and read them, but I appologize if I can not find this rule:
    https://www.lfgss.com/about/terms/

As we can see in the pictures, the bike is mint condition. Very valuable bike from some professional teams in the 80s, 90s, top of Pinarello frame and Campy group.
If you find similar bike cheaper in ebay, etc, dont trust on it.

  • hey guys, I have a 'colnarello' vintage in 'careless' mint condition. what are the rules to put it on lfgss and the bay?

  • If you want to try to sell it here, you can't put it on sale on other sites.

The classified rules are here, #18. "No cross-posting adverts you've put on other sites".

  • Don't mean to be a pain, but for me ( and that's just a personal thing ) the odd mix of parts doesn't work :(
You'd probably be better off selling the individual components?

  • Hi, sorry!! i didnt know, ill delete the advert, thanks for teaching me how the forum works, see you on the roads

  • Hi, how can I delete this post? There is an option to edit the post but not to delete it... sorry for the mess!!

  • Just put "advertised elsewhere" and on the right side there should be option to lock the conversation. GLWS.

  • Thanks "drifter" for the information, after 18 comments of rules I didn't realize if this was a bike forum or the European Comission.

Compadrito I'm sorry, I love that bike but I have no money at the moment. In my honest opinion Chris is right, the wheels and the tri-bar do not fit the rest of the bike. Good luck.
