The pro is quite narrow up front, which suits me, but perhaps not you. Lite 209 is supposedly best for most people. They come up on Evilbay used, there's one there right now.

Hey @lucyh! You're welcome to try my SMP Avant for a couple of days. It's wide, padded and got a cut out! Would have to be in the week though, as no way I'm riding the weekend track sessions without it! :)

I'd say a Selle SMP may be perfect then, as I've an SMP and an Oura, and the Oura is definitely harder on the nose/has less room for The Bits than the SMP.
What width is the Lithia? I've a SMP pro, but I cycle a 155, if the Lithia is 168 you probably need a different model :)
