Women: What's your favorite saddle?

Am i right thinking that:

1 - Most saddles are too narrow for you? (168 is the widest I believe on Spez...)
2 - Most saddles are also too hard for you?
3- You don't necessarily need a cutout?

(I can stand hard saddles, but if there's no cutout for "the bits" well, ouch...)
