    I could probably Train really well by HR alone. But pacing yourself up a tough Climb by HR is fecking tricky compared to how easy it is with Power data availible. Making sure you're not giving too much in Wind swept pacelines is another example.

    Then theres dialing position. Try climbing at a percieved leg effort perched on the nose of Your saddle. Glance at Your Power output. Push back into the saddle, try and hit the same percieved leg effort. Glance again. Your powermeter will even tell you where to sit....
