removed spd m520 est 375-400g
fitted xtr m970 est 325g pair
if i use the bike competitively then i'll put on my DA 7410 pedals but before i can do that i'll have to get a fork with brake mount.
Slashed a further 60 ish grams off by replacing my steel railed but weenied saddle with a chinese carbon one.
and i also have a szechuan vuka base bar to try instead the Integralters. Unsure of weigh but combined with a short easton EA50 stem they still feel half the weight of the cinellis which doesnt surprise me. Bit torn as i way prefer the look of the old bars but the new ones will come into their own if i fit aero bars. Totally doing this thread wrong compared to the likes of umop3pisdn.
Components that could be lighter include
Wheelset - have a selection of fronts, only rear i have is the Navi pista
Stem
Seatpost - replace burrows
replacing drive with 3/32
BB - currently a miche primato
Ti bolts over steel in stressed areas
etc etc
