  • I avoid carbs (not religiously, so i have to decide to eat it.) and definitely no bread.
    I have one fruit a day normally, to reduce sugar. (Obv replaced with another veggie)
    No sugar in coffee (though there is syrup)

    but i do eat a LOT of red meat.
