I don't know for sure but of imagine the colour should be fine mostly however the finish is another thing. I'm guessing the painters would be different (if you werent to send the forks off) which'll be the danger re the finish due to the clear coating or paint brand ect.
Though may as well just ignore everything I just said as I really don't know.
How would you get the forks done. So they fit exactly into the frame pattern?
