I'm getting reimbursed for my written off bike after a recent crash so carbon wheels are on the cards.
But I like these bars! I just want a smaller stem for freee

Yeah but stems <100mm always look a bit off on normal-sized road bikes

Actually looking at your photo, you just need to rotate the levers higher and rotate drop a little lower.

edit; better example, right one is what to aim for;
