If you're going to mix it up it's more common to run sram/shimano chainsets with Campag shifters+mech. After all it's the shifters that are the nice bit.
What year are those cranks? Post 2011 they're probably Power-Torque. Have a google if that if you want to put yourself off Campag chainsets! And they any Campag chainset needs specific chainrings (rather than the standard shared between Sram and Shimano).
