SRAM ratio may not pleased you, there's no 16t in it.

Miche doesn't have it either;

12-13-14-15-17-19-21-23-25-27-30

Or go for 13-30 and then there is 16.

Have no idea, but if they work, they work.

IRD also make 12 30.

It's a cassette, there's not much to say. I've used them on my cross bike and they are durable if nothing else. They work well unless they are smothered in mud, but that's true for all brands.
