  • ^ exactly. There should really be a brief description of the thread at the top including this.

    Is there a definitions thread?

  • A sticky definitions thread is a solid idea, I still come across abbreviations I'm completely oblivious to.

    Anyway...

  • has been done. If anyone can add anything.

Rat bike definition is still outstanding.

  • I ride in Rapha AND my bike exudes carbon radness. Now I'm confused.

  • Me too mate, it's all part of the myth

P.S. Didn't realise you were the owner of that Trek. Sorry mate close but no cigar. Really and truthfully the frame needs to be steel for the carbon absurdities to be rendered even less cost effective. That's just how it is

  • Your bike is a dull mamil chariot. Soz, but it's not RAD therefore not HHSRB. I mean, it's got a compact.

  • most of the bike in this thread aren't hhsrbs

  • Better than the compact in your pants. Boom.

(Going to cry myself to sleep now)

  • based on the definition hasan gave ive got a hhsrb, guess i didnt give you dills good enough pix;)

thanx for the stir up though thats why i build these bikes;)

sry i forgot, you dont know;)

  • The saddle alone... Oh err

    Still not rad.

  • pls stahp

  • I mean this in the kindest way possible but aside from the wheels there aren't many carbon, aero or particularly rad aspects to the bike that are uncommon among standard bikes and nor is it impractical.

Rad BTW comes in many forms such as through the paintjob which is severely lacking here (no offence).

Your bike isn't rad but being rad is way overated.

  • Oh and did you get my name from my avatar?

  • I'm just gonna repeat what I said in my edited post up there ^

The point of HHSRB is stupid expensive yet totally rad hardware. And the fact is, rad factor is increased elebenty million % when the frame is steel

The exception in my last post (CAAD10) is because he's painted it with a sharpie. This is also rad enhancing

  • yea sry if that was wrong about ur name..

no worries i dont take offense at all, on the contrary in fact, i appreciate your taking the time to lay out your interpretation of this thread.

i do feel though, that this bike fits for a couple reasons, and i agree that bikes are always subject to ppls opinion...

this bike is full carbon, tapered headtube, bb30(w praxis bb), di2, and living in seattle an all white bike is not practical at all.

its monochrome, so with better pictures youll see that even the chain catch is white and the stem is slammed( no bearing cap).

maybe im just a noob but ive been building bikes for a little bit and went to school for it even...

but i guess whats awesome is bikes are personal works of art and its jsut what i wanted when i built it.

  • radness concurred but fuckballs am i confused ha!

    love those crack and fails!

  • Think you're trying a bit hard.

  • maybe,
cannondales are my go to though..

  • Let Miley be Miley...

    MAMIL wagon thread >>>>>>>>>>>

  • im just not as cool as you young gun. straight up;)

  • ^ Ya don't say.

The reason your bike isn't HHSB is that when you posted it no one gave a positive hip hop reaction. HHSBs draw responses like 'sweet ride fam' and 'tight whip yo'. No other definition matters, if no one on here likes your biek it's not HHSB. We don't, so it's not.

    Maybe try road.cc or yacf?
