Most time spares are available through LBS that have an account with EXTRA UK. I'm just about to rebuild my carbons as springs & cages are heavily worn, think they are about £2.50 per component for small stuff, so for me its like 8x £2.50 for all the parts I need to rebuild and get them close to perfect (body has some wear)
