Yeah I think I brought it up before.
I flipped the C-spring over* and the rocking has gone, which leads me to think it was the c spring. But also the plastic adaptor plate is starting to show signs of wear. I might make up a plate to sit between the adaptor plate and cleat, like the metal one that I see some with.

I think the rocking is a known issue - something to do with the pedal compressing (check back a few pages). Seems to happen quite fast to my cleats too. Quite annoying.
Also considering moving to Shimano.. I pulled my foot out in a standing start at the track last Saturday. I think I need straps.
