I have the BLB pursuit bars as they were the only ones I could find that shape in silver. They're not as light as advertised but otherwise are sound as a pound.

Beer holder is rad. Need to try and make/find one of them.

Looks like a MOLLE pouch, it's a military standard for attaching pouches and all kinds of stuff to body armor and bags. They're popular with the tacticool / airsoft crowd, so they can be had for cheap from China:
