London League VII Fixture Chat

Great write up... Best of the league in fact, but doesn't really underline how close all three of today's games were, although they all ended with three goals diff, they were all really close for the first ten minutes and it was only in the last thirds they were decided.

Great games, shame westway couldn't get some points, even in the last game when they were only playing for pride they gave their were great and deserved more than no points!

Remind me of that goal for us in the first game? I could have sworn I scored that one.

Google chrome has opened me back up to the internetz. I half considered hanging the Dolan up for a season but 2 really fun games this weekend has given me a buzz again.Thanks for a fun evening westway and super tense games, way tighter than the scorelines suggest!

I have a piece of paper that says Vit scored it, paper don't lie. I don't remember exactly how he scored but I do remember him scoring and being quite impressed.

Yep, it was a brilliant passing move with Vit slotting it under Shane.

Awesome games today. I love these after league match moments in pub when while chatting away all the highs of the fixture games and Ben directs us to forum for Dan's epic write up! Only encourages you to keep the awesome league going. In that very pub Westway penciled down friendly match (league format) against Dip Die in mid May and we better hope to be in form!

Basically Greg was dribbling behind the net, the ball bounced and he lobbed it to the front of the goal turned around and put it in much to the bemusement of Phil who was in goal but lost track of the ball.

thanks to everyone involved in the league. I had an absolute blast throughout. the last two games this weekend were really good and a fitting end to division two. thanks to clerks and westway for such fun games even though they were tense they were still hugely enjoyable!
