Go to a motor factor and get a tin of each of copper-filled assembly grease and Molybdenum Disulphide bearing grease. I wouldn't worry too much about which brand, unless you're going to really obsessive, in which case >>>>>>>>>>>>grease thread and we can chat about MoS₂ content and particle size, and the important* differences between Ca and Li base soaps.

Impatiently stripped, sanded, primed, sprayed, clear coated my Panasonic in under 24 hours. Not that confident if the paint will last to be honest..

Decals in the mail. Black stem and risers are on the cards.
