  • Thank you for your confidence in our products. You've made a good
choice. Your new braze on mech band has been designed and produced by
the most modern and efficient Methods. THIS INCLUDES PECULIARITIES
WHICH NEED TO BE OBSERVED FOR MOUNTING

Your new braze on mech clamp is a two piece construction. Mount it as
shown in the illustration. First tighten the screw at the front
deraillleur. The clamping area on the frame has to be clean and free of
grease. The maximum clamping torque of the Derailleurscrew is 5NM ,
the max torque of the clamping screw NM

so yea the torque for screw number two is actually missing .. unless it is printed in the picture part?

Paint looks spectacular by the way!

  • Too late, (different) bike is on fire now thanks to @Dammit.

  • The torque for screw 2 would be from the mech manufacturer specs.

    Shirley?

  • Torque is on the picture, slightly out of frame.

  • This seems to sorted? Sorry, I met @arup on the train who gave me some delicious Lidl biscuits.

  • Are they just regular Shimano style pads? If so it looks like they're the wrong way round. Hard to tell on that photo though.

  • Direct mount, bikes upside down. Turn your monitor 180 degrees and they're fine.

  • Such a great paint job.

  • The paint is just incredible

  • All it needs is a unicorn head tube badge to go with all that glitter.

    No.

    A kitty cat.

  • Nice. Is the port in the front of the head tube the entry port for the Di2 cable?

  • Amazing paint. Is that an eyelet on the head tube??

  • Actually looks like carbon. Stellar!

  • to attach the headbadge maybe?

  • Di2 port, thinking being that it might as well be on the front which is already a mess aerodynamically, rather than out to the side where I have spent a lot of time slimming down the profile of the frame. I would have put the brake cable in to the head tube, but it is too narrow ro accept a full outer and the steerer....

  • need to manage my lactating, so got some q rings. Hopefully it will help, tri suit is very smelly.

  • Flow cranks as well, very nice... no PM or 53t though?

  • Have you heard of the PM/P ratio? It's power meter to person ratio, how many people per power meters in any given grouping of the populace. It balances out at about 0.0004 to 1.

Unfortunately @Dammit owns 8 power meters, so no-one in a 3 mile radius of forest hill is allowed one until he moves, it's the law. Also, I'm happy enough with a garmin 800 with HRM and speed.

Will be trying out the 50T, with an option to swap, so no massive issue for me...

  • I can do this, for real, if you want.

  • Christmas!
