Any magic Fl0 have managed with a 30mm rim is surely totally ballsed up with a bulging 25mm tyre.
Anything over a few degrees of yaw and the 'bulging' tyre isn't really bulging at all on the upwind side.
Well in that specific case they're no better than regular parallel-brake, narrow rims.
