But that wont happen. They're designed, modelled and tested with 23mm tyres.
^ this is the profile of the flo30. It's designed for a smooth transition between the non-parallel brake tracks using a 23mm tyre.
Not necessarily, no. It'll increase the front area, but provided that the CdA figure drops by a sufficient amount the overall drag will be reduced. Whether it does or not is another question, but an extra 2mm of width could easily be compensated for if the drag coefficient is significantly lower.
