Funnily enough I would never have considered buying a rolex before I was given this but I love it. My great uncle got it in Singapore when he was in the RAF, gave it to my dad a couple of years after who wore it for 30 years and then let it fall into disrepair. He wasn't going to get it repaired so handed it to me. I got it fixed up which brought a tear to his eye.
A new Rolex bracelet is a bit pricey at £1200 ish. I might go after market for the links and put the original clasp back on it.
What happened to this place? Everyone seems to be bustin' out Rolexes all of a sudden.
@dst, I really like that. Get an original strap from them. The bezel looks great.
