I wouldn't really say there are many "quality" ones about as they're pretty cheap to manufacture.
I have a few from WatchObsession who I would always recommend: http://www.watchobsession.co.uk/collections/perlon-watch-straps
Vintage Eulit straps are about as fancy as they get and you can buy them on eBay...

It was seeing that a few pages back prompted me to ask. Where can you get a quality one from? I'm not sure how convinced I am.
