I ride past this place on The Cut every day and keep meaning to take a picture of it. Something about it is quite pleasing. Maybe not, dunno. I think I might go back with a longer lens and go a bit more abstract on its ass.
Brought the 450D along today in hope of getting some good shots in the pollution/saharan dust later this evening... Something about the colour and tonality of this camera is much more pleasing than the 6D. I keep coming back to it just for the colours.

My photoshop skills have been in a dire need of an update, last training I got was in 2005 when I joined the newspaper. Found this guy online, he does one hour lessons on a wednesday morning for £8! What a bargain. Worth checking out if you want a refresh, I've found it very helpful.

Dull pictures of dull places. I can see this being popular on here.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-32128087I had a look on their website, it's not exactly slick. Looking at the place I grew up a lot of the snaps are by someone I went to school with. Reminded me why I left.
Pretty sure they've never actually intended to build a PS clone.
Paint.net is nice. It's like a halfway point between PS/GIMP and MSPaint.
