Which would you find comfortable?
I find the SCR-5 less flexy than the RRL.
Not quite so sure, unfortunately I can't find any "real-life" examples to fondle. Does one one of them have a hood width and shape similar to 6600?
Although the SCR-5 took it's style from the old Campagnolo shifter, the hood is closer to the 6600 than the RRL.
The hood on the RRL is more of a V shape than U, as you can see from the photo;
