to these who know much about bike restoration etc...
i have acquired a rather nice frame which is painted poo brown, i have some decals in the post. i want to raw the frame (nitromors) and then apply the decals to the steel, then add a lacquer/clearcoat. will this be possible? im pretty sure its been done before, anyway, what clearcoat will be best? i want it to have quite a nice finish
