There is a big development going on straight across and to the left on Horseferry Road. Previously there weren't that many of those types of vehicles crossing Lambeth Bridge; they'd mainly use Vauxhall. I used to use Lambeth quite a bit but the sudden increase in tipper trucks behind you on a narrow bridge was horrid.

Agreed, i work between the bridge and the developments and have noticed a massive increase in HGV traffic over the last year.
That said, i still prefer Lambeth bridge to Vauxhall as the traffic speed is much slower.
Interesting also, there was a police officer at this very junction this morning as part of operation Safeway :(

I did find that odd that the lorry appears to be going straight over and not as usual turning left.
