For those of you who have been following my drama with Apple, well the 'replacement' should be arriving in the next couple of days. However, upon calling them to check that they have actually ordered it, I discovered that they had ordered the wrong specs... and FFS the frontline guy and the admin guy I spoke to made it sound like I should be grateful for whatever replacement they give me... I wasted about 40mins asking, begging, demanding, shouting until they finally allowed me to speak to their manager who has been personally following my case, and now that they have ordered the correct specs... so I was told...
