Like to look of it built,frame is about 120 quid shipped,men in white coats are in debate (not a mass one) on whether to proceed,thank you all for the input so far x

Bought this last Fall, got a good deal on it, not knowing what it was exactly (surely not a Pro Winner I thought).

Turns out it is a Plum Vainqueur, a nice Belgian frame :). There's a couple more on the forum I believe. Came with interesting parts, Gipiemme pista crankset and Ofmega track hubs laced to Campag Omega V rims. Those will go on another bike as this frame is too small for me. So only took it outside for some pictures after putting different bars and saddle on it :/

@Heldring I want to try and keep it mostly Japanese and I plan on using the Nitto compact handlebar so a matching stem would be nice

@Dry that's what I thought, it wouldn't look right. There isn't much of a second-hand market here unfortunately, it's almost cheap enough just to order stuff new from Japan.

B125 are pretty shallow for Track Drops. Or most Nitto road bars like B115, B105 etc.

Blew a hole in the rear tyre on my birthday... So treated myself to a present, got some Veloflex Masters for the first time. Just got back from a test spin and they feel lovely.

Finished the Colnago super project a couple of days ago and found some time for a ride today. Built up with Athena 11speed, Chorus headset and titanium seatpost and classic cinelli cockpit. Took a lot of time but happy with the result!
