When heels started hurting I had to run the final 2k barefoot as it was more comfortable than walking in the shoes. Was quite nice actually.

Just look where you're going..
Muswell hill is too posh for such issues anyway. Only nasty bit was a 100m section of worn out Tarmac that was kinda pointy.
Might do it intentionally tonight.
