I don't know what BAR stands for
Best All Rounder. The main national ranking (BBAR = British Best All Rounder) was created by Cycling Weekly when it still cared about TTs, based on an average of a rider's average speeds over 50m, 100m and 12h. Many other forms of BAR are run by different clubs and groups over various distances. The Forum BAR is for fixed gear rides over 10m, 25m and 50m. You might as well stick some times up, especially if you complete the 3 distances, so far we've never had more than 2 qualifying riders in one season.
Anyone updating LFGSS BAR tables?
