I have a Shimano Alfine chainset that is converted to 46/39 I believe that I have used the tail end of the season. I recently upgraded to the rare Ultegra CX chainset and if I am honest I can not tell the difference weight or stiffness wise.
Chain rings are as new it takes a ultrega BB http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-ultegra-6800-bottom-bracket/rp-prod108701?gs=1&gclid=CjwKEAjw3YipBRDL2bHhjLmFkQsSJADtzktj51ol0rPMyw4rD4Tv9DT38kre7tqVaAVvMG3X38-jrRoC5mjw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
PM for pics
Should say its a 170 lenth and the big ring is a FSA, small ring is a stronglight and shifting is perfect..
