Girlfriend's wheels are shot following some roadside abuse.
Looking for something with sealed bearings, 700c, silver. Hubs can be Fixed or Fixed / free or fixed / fixed.
Cheap & sturdy takes precedence over weight-saving, exotic etc.. something with entry level touring rims would be ideal.
