I totally get what you're saying - I think I need to just ride it loads and decide what I want, rather than just collect projects!
Really enjoyed going for a ride yesterday and definitely managed it quicker than I would have done fixed, though I really need to sort out my riding position as it's still not 100%
Feel like I'm having to push myself back on the saddle every few hundred yards and that my "sensitive areas" are a little uncomfortable - need a saddle with a cutout I think and a longer stem #euph as I find too upright on the flats, too bunched up on the drops and leaning over and resting my palms on the top of the hoods rather than using their recesses

p.s swapped to the Concor yesterday which I found more comfortable than the Rolls
