    All manufacturers (other than Honda) have had plenty of time to develop their PU's - Mercedes have just done a significantly better job. The fact that they took all the good heads from the other teams might well have something to do with how successfully it's worked out to be, but actually enforcing a measure like that when a season has already started? Highly unlikely.

  • The FIA are bringing in more controlled restrictions on fuel flow metering in China by measuring fuel flow in various other locations in the fuel system. So we might see things get a little closer between teams. By how much remains to be seen.

    I'm actually enjoying seeing how the Malaysian GP has shut Red Bull up. Ferrari have proved Merc don't have the advantage RB were moaning about and Torro Rosso comprehensively proved it's not just the PU that is holding Red Bull back. They were beaten fair and square by their junior team.
