• Dear all,

I got this website off a guy who works in a bike café in Islington. I'd like to sell my bike as soon as possible. What will probably interest you guys most is the frame and the gears, as they are, in their words "proper vintage" and "made in the seventies by a guy in a shed". Well said.
I had to replace most parts, as you can see in the title, but it's a very rideable bike now. The reason I'm getting rid of it, though is because I'm 6'3" and it's just not high enough for me. Or at least a me who'd like to have working vertebrae by the time he's 50.
I've spent about £300 in total doing it up, but, essentially, I want to sell it to someone who knows what they're buying and appreciates it, for a sensible price. I'm not expecting to make any money off it at all, rather recoup a bit of the losses, that's all.
So call me on 07854107598 or email me at jorik.mol@gmail.com and we'll chat. I'll include some pictures as well.
    Many thanks,
    Jorik Mol

  • Hi welcome to the forum.
You will need to state a price as per forum rules. My personal opinion is you may struggle to get back close to the £300 you spent selling on here just to warn you.
    Good luck with your sale.

  • Nice frame, but it's not 531, so hard to recoup your loss indeed

  • Or at least I don't think it is

  • I would be happy with £150-175, to be honest. It's more that I don't want the bike to rot away.
And thank you for the kind words of welcome!
    J
