There is usually a lock-ring between the caliper arm and the head of the barrel adjuster.
You just tighten the ring up to the caliper arm to stop the barrel adjuster from moving with vibrations. If this one stays in place after a few rides, then I wouldn't worry about it. If it moves at all though then either find a tiny nut with the same threading, blue locktite it, or buy another barrel adjuster...Edit: Having said that, I just had a look and those calipers now use the spring-loaded adjusters, so who knows.

720mm centre of BB to bottom of seat rail and 130mm stem same as the CX bike, was gonna give it a quick spin then the heavens opened here 😔
Can someone tell me if there's something missing from the caliper please? Something doesn't look right - barrel adjuster area
My other bikes are disc or canti so can't compare
