OMG..
The perfect cog that I'm looking for.
Please share the product information - where can I buy it?Why couldn't I find anything like those? :(
-
• #14
Never released by hope thats why . Despite asking several times.
-
• #16
Hope are fucking assholes. They told me at around New Years that they've given up on the idea and won't pursue it any further and obviously now you can buy them on Tweeks.
-
• #17
At first i thought great, a must get but now i think would you by something that will become virtually obsolete with parts unavailable .
-
• #18
Don't they use standard Hope bearings and aren't the cogs just standard ISO 6-bolt? If so, then even if Hope dropped the hubs, you'd still have more than enough parts available from elsewhere to last you a lifetime.
-
• #19
Not the freehub side though.
-
• #20
Ah, I forgot about the freehub malarky. I was thinking they were just symmetrical fixed bolt on jobs.

Since this has sold I don't need to worry about pising on the OP's chips.
I love Hope stuff but this hub upsets me.
1st it's called Fixee. Anyone that even utters fixee or fixie or any iteration of it should be killed with fire never mind branding your product with it.
2nd, the hub that Hope made and called Fixee has a freehub? What the fuck Hope?

• #22
Same here...if I'd have known they were releasing it I'd have waited.
Edit: they also emailed me n said it wasn't going into production.

I need the cogs for this.. :)
http://rockywon.blog.me/204937121And the hub for the Montague Boston's weight reduction
This will be lighter than conventional 'flip-flop hub + freewheel + cog', I'm sure? -
• #24
If anyone wants this same hub, I'm selling it for £90 again.
