From reading a bit about the event, it sounds like trains from there are infrequent and difficult to be one of the 5 people of several thousand who will get their bike on board. That might just be if you're trying to get to London though.
There's always Lowestoft. Also, @jdp will be sharing his list of escape routes at some point :)

I'd like to say I'd ride back from Dunwich but I bet I'll be dead after the ride!
There's a train station in Darsham which is about 6 miles out of Dunwich which could be of use. Looks like it's about a tenner back to Norwich.
