The stem has a reach of 110mm, and clamp for the bars must be +- 26mm as thats the size of the bars that came off it and the stem clamp part measures a diameter about +-28mm, so i'm guessing it fits a 1 1/8" - its probably got an angle of roughly 20ยบ, maybe less. Overkill?
