Hopefully he'll be able to claim some decent physic etc on the insurance of the moped rider. A claim for pain suffering and loss of amenity just doesn't bear thinking of..........

What are the odds the moped rider was uninsured? Doesn't mean he can't claim but makes it harder and less likely to be a bumper payout.

Either way, gutted for him.

Speculating but can picture Steve picking himself up getting back on the bike, trying to carry on and not getting the moped riders details....There's still the MIB (Motor Insurers Bureau) to claim against in these circumstances but let's see what pans out.
