I like the idea that it's a RIH but is prob some repainted french track frame, which I'm also cool with.
Salsa, flite, risers, dura ace cranks these things will probably all be going on it

So guessing the frame is an early 90s as all the 7400 was fitted as new and stayed pretty much brand new since. I guess it was never ridden. But the cockpit was a serious mess when I got this. So question is. Pursuit type bullhorns with shifters on the downtube or for this age should I stick with the a more modern TT setup similar to the Itm. Kinda prefer the cleaner look.
