I still think this might be an SBDU build.
Hilary at times as crazy prices on stuff and, in fact, that frameset has been on sale on his site for quite a long time now. Albeit that one is 753 whilst this one is 531 and Hilary's is track whilst this is a road frame.
Surprised he hasn't lowered the price. I guess he has time to spare and can wait until someone takes the plunge :)
In my opinion £400 is a fairly good price (if it is SBDU)?
(one sold for a similar price on eBay)
