Hi, I've been teaching yoga since 2003 and practicing for about 18 years. I've done 2 teacher trainings a level 1 and more recently a level 2 training in India, and a vinyasa flow sequencing course in Stockholm. I return fairly regularly to study and teach in India with Julie Martin of Brahmani http://www.brahmaniyoga.com/
Here's a link to my website if you need any more info http://www.annablumanyoga.com/

My Monday nights are just about to free-up for the summer. Are absolute beginners with all the flexibility of David Cameron negotiating a debate format welcome?
Edit: Just read the title of the thread properly... I'm an idiot. See you next Monday :)

See you then 😀 -

We are running the studio collectively as a co-op (which is unusual for a yoga studio) If you want to come and try a class, subscribe here http://paulomemorial.us2.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=1d3477d41d6d17386072cfc09&id=3afe615d2b and 1st class is free

Does anyone know how to change the title of the thread so it says class rather than workshop?

Click on 'edit conversation'. There should be a button you can see, top right corner.

@annabanana Does this still run? my father is potentially interested...
Riding a bike creates specific physical imbalances that can cause a whole range of problems:
Lower back and knee pain, tight hips and hamstrings, sciatica, stiffness in the upper back, neck and shoulders.
This workshop will address the specific linear movement patterns of cycling, helping you to create your own bag of biomechanical tools to support your cycling habit! Creating stability where it is lacking and greater mobility and space where it is most needed. So that you feel more comfortable both on and off your bike.
