The seatpost was about 216g, the new carbon one was 175g, once I'd cut it down, 147g. 115g saved on the saddle and post. Saved about 50g on stem and expander bung.

If you don't race, you can make some slight weight saving by opting for a 11-23 cassette and a 48t chainring instead.
