Reasonable price on Klein Quantum?

Hi.
Scrolling through Ebay, I found a pretty nice Klein frame from '92. There's two small marks, but otter than that, it's fine for a 23 year old frame.
It comes with bb, cockpit (headset, handlebar, stem) and seatpost. The seller want's 400£ (considers offers also), but it still seems to steep for me.
What's your opinion -am I wasting hard earned money, or should I cash in asap?

If you are talking about the blue one I think it is good value, and I would buy it if it was my size.
It has lovely paint, which is a lot nicer in the flesh if it is the colour I think it is (i.e. it hasn't faded, some fade if they get a lot of sunlight on them)
I have one that year
(actually I have 3 1992 road Kleins, one Quantum, a Performance, and a Navigator)
I rate them highly!

I will definatly consider it, and maby I need to sell my old Zaskar to fund it.
