  • Have run 70km so far this week, that's almost enough for a decent base for a marathon! Another 6 to do tomorrow and might sneak in a short run on Sunday before I start to taper for brighton...

    Surprisingly no noticeable injuries to speak of, other than a few minor aches, I have to say I'm loving my CEP compression socks, i don't seem to get tired lower legs at all when running in them.

    I just need to keep saying enough nice things so they give me some calf guards for free.
