I'd definitely take the extra 16g in exchange for a 4-bolt bar clamp and a taller & 3-bolt steerer clamp

Those ITM magnesium stems were very fragile, with a lot failing through cracking at the bar clamp .. Use the Ritchey and keep the ITM as a paperweight or get yourself something else if the last 16g is really important ..
