Mate of mine from up north has a cycling related dissertation survey, only takes a few minutes and didn't damage my soul too much. If you could fill it out it would help him out a great deal, ta.

Radio buttons on the questions "select from 1-5" don't work on iPad (you can only select one '5' in the row of statements. If you try select '5' for two statements the selection dot moves).

Because you are being asked to rank them compared to each other, so you can only have one in fifth place.

Problems on Android Chrome on the 1-5 as well

I read that like I had to sort the statements according to importance. so only one statement at each place.
