Yodel are jokes. I had a parcel "delivered to a neighbour called Niota" also no card left, just an email stating successful delivery. err, no you didn't. And what flat or building did they leave it with, who knows! Weirdly, after complaining and calling them and their drivers blatant liars they proved my point by delivering the package randomly 2 days later. Idiots.
ParcelFarce are no better, or DX or DPD.
