I agree, I think we as a nation take the NHS for granted. Sure it's not perfect - but after reading the comments, it feels like a privilege having it there.

It's mismanaged and underfunded but is FAR better than the other option.
I can't imagine what it must be like being at home with an ill family member and worrying about whether you can afford to call an ambulance or not.
