This may not seem like an Epic Win but read the comments. All positive, heartwarming stories of people who, without the ACA, would either be bankrupt or dead:

It's amazing how some people see health as a privilege, that it's acceptable to die if you can't afford to save your life.

I agree, I think we as a nation take the NHS for granted. Sure it's not perfect - but after reading the comments, it feels like a privilege having it there.
